Andrew Parker
Founder and Managing Director
Andrew has worked in Executive Search and Talent Advisory within the international Technology sector for more than 25 years.
Prior to establishing Found, Andrew co-founded and led Symbiosis Search for 20 years focused on hiring senior-level leadership talent for start-up and scale-up Enterprise Software companies across the Europe, North America and Asia Pacific regions. During this time, he and his team were involved in the launch and build-out of some of the most successful Enterprise SaaS growth companies - from start-up through hyper-scaling to successful exit.
After, two decades of consistently profitable growth and delivery of 1000+ Executive Searches, Andrew led the acquisition of Symbiosis Search by a major international multi-sector Executive Search business in 2022.
Before starting Symbiosis Search in 2002, Andrew worked for leading Technology sector-focused Executive Search businesses before joining Blue Martini Software - a leading Dotcom Boom-era eCommerce and CRM software vendor - to lead the international Talent Acquisition team.
Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Southampton.
Nick Povey
Founder and Managing Director
Nick has more than 25 years experience working across the international Technology sector in Executive Search and Talent Advisory.
Nick previously co-founded and led Symbiosis Search for 20 years prior to its acquisition by Sheffield Haworth in 2022. He and his team focussed on working across the Technology sector, predominantly with fast-growth Enterprise Software and SaaS companies globally and specialising in attracting and hiring senior leadership talent.
During his time at Symbiosis Search, Nick worked with some of the most successful early and mid-stage growth companies, helping them launch internationally and with many reaching Unicorn status and achieving successful IPOs and exits.
Nick's early career was in Executive Search in the Technology sector and focused on building Go-To-Market teams for Software, IT Services and Telecoms companies.
Nick holds a BA (Hons) degree in Geography from Portsmouth University.
